The zip file contains
Vendor2Export.xml: This is an XML file that does validate against the version 2.03 XSD. 
It is a subset of the database. This dataset represents a different database from the previous postings.
   

The XML files have been validated against AIRS XSD version 2.03 using XMLSPY v2004 rel. 4, the Xerces Parser (the tool provided on the web-site) and the validation tool using Microsoft's validators at http://apps.gotdotnet.com/xmltools/xsdvalidator/Default.aspx  

Changes in version 2.03
PA state was missing in the definition of state. It has been added.

The primary goal of generating the XML was to provide a sample XML instance to test functionality
of uploading to the central database and was not to test conformance of vendor systems with the 
AIRS standard.
